T. I. AMASS Girls’ honours Mr Olu Luther King

 

T. I. Ahmadiyya Girls’ Senior High School (AMASS-Asokore) in the Sekyere East District Assembly of the Ashanti Region has presented a citation to honour a philanthropist, Mr Olu Luther King, for his contribution to the school.


Presenting a citation to Mr King at the Ahmadiyya Muslim Mission Headquarters at Osu in Accra, the Headmistress of the School, Madam Ayesha Nyantakyiwaa Boakye said the school could not rent on its efforts to show appreciation for his generous and benevolent act.


She said Mr King, who is also the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Fine Print Limited, donated a cash of GH¢2, 200.00 and other items to support the Speech and Prize Giving Day of the school which took place on November 20 last year.


According to her, Mr King, an old student of the T. I. Ahmadiyya Senior High School-Kumasi apart from the donation had also supported both schools in kind and cash.
The Ameer and Missionary-In-Charge of Ahmadiyya Muslim Mission Ghana, Naib Ameer I, Maulvi Yusif Yawson expressed thanks to Mr King for his generosity done the Ahmadiyya schools in the Ashanti Region and the mission as a whole.


Present at the presentation was the wife of Mr King, Mrs Luther King who on behalf of his husband also thanked the school for their gift.
